The recently unveiled MoFi SourcePoint 8 is the more compact brother of the popular MoFi SourcePoint 10 passive stand-mount loudspeaker with a concentric driver, both designed by Andrew Jones and have similar looks. Thanks to its more compact external dimensions, the 8 is more suitable for smaller spaces and comes almost $1000 cheaper than the 10 ($2,999 vs $3,999 with the included stands or $2,750 vs $3,750 with no stands).
Here I have added a scaled real life size comparison image and feature comparison table of these two loudspeakers in order to help you decide which one of the speakers is a better fit for your needs.
MoFi SourcePoint 8 vs SourcePoint 10 Size Comparison
As seen on the comparison image, the MoFi SourcePoint 10 is clearly the larger of the two speakers. Its body is 78mm wider, 116mm taller and 102mm deeper than MoFi SourcePoint 8.
