About HiFi Rose

HiFi Rose came out of Citech, a Korean set-top box and broadcast hardware maker founded in 1967, and the lineage shows: the products are as much display and software as they are audio, with full-width colour touchscreens where most streamers have a small monochrome panel. Assembly is done in-house in Seoul.

Started because Citech chairman Youngmin Kim is a keen audiophile, not because the parent needed a new product line.

Citech was founded in 1967 and built its business in set-top boxes and broadcast hardware, which is where the display and software expertise comes from.
