About Rotel

Rotel has been owned by the same family since 1961 and builds in its own factory rather than contracting out, which is why it can wind its own transformers. For decades it shared distribution with Bowers and Wilkins in many markets, and the two brands were routinely demonstrated and sold together - an association strong enough that many buyers still treat them as a matched pair.
