PS Audio Aspen FR5 is a 2-way Passive Radiator Bookshelf speaker by PS Audio. It was released in 2024. It features a 2.5" Planar Magnetic Tweeter and 1 x 6.5" Composite sandwich Woofer. Aspen FR5 also employs one 6x9" oval rear-firing passive radiators.
A 2-way standmount with a 2.5 inch planar-magnetic tweeter and a 6.5 inch woofer, plus one 6x9" oval rear-firing passive radiator. 83.5 dB sensitive, 6 ohm (5.6 ohm minimum impedance), 50-150 W recommended. 35 Hz to 20 kHz, which PS Audio quote at -6 dB half space rather than the usual +/-3 dB. PS Audio's Aspen line uses planar-magnetic Teonex drivers for both treble AND midrange, with a passive radiator instead of a port.
