Airmotiv T2+ features a 25×32 mm" folded ribbon Tweeter, a 5.25" Midrange and 2 x 8" woven fiber cone Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 350 Hz and 3200Hz. On the other hand, the Airmotiv T1+ features a 25×32 mm" folded ribbon Tweeter, a 5.25" Midrange and 2 x 6" woven fiber cone Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 275 Hz and 2700Hz.
Frequency Response
Airmotiv T2+ has a frequency range of 35 Hz – 28 kHz whereas Airmotiv T1+ has a frequency range of 37 Hz – 28 kHz. With a minimum frequency of 35Hz, the Airmotiv T2+ can go slightly deeper then the Airmotiv T1+'s min frequency of 37Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Airmotiv T2+ and Airmotiv T1+ have the same Impedance of 4 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Airmotiv T2+ sensitivity is rated at 91 dB and the Airmotiv T1+'s is at 88 dB. This 3 dB difference makes the Emotiva Airmotiv T2+ a more sensitive speaker compared to Emotiva Airmotiv T1+, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.
One thing to keep in mind that the lower impedance speakers, especially the ones that are rated at 4 ohms may put more pressure on the amplifier unit comared to higher impedance speakers especially at high volume levels, so make sure the amp you pair with the Airmotiv T2+ and the Airmotiv T2+ can provide this impedance level.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Airmotiv T2+ can handle a max power of 200 watts RMS, whereas Airmotiv T1+ has a max power handling value of 150 watts RMS, 50 watts less than the Airmotiv T2+.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Cabinet Type and Port Position
Both Airmotiv T2+ and Airmotiv T1+ have rear firing ports. Rear ported speakers generally need more room between the backside of the speaker and the wall compared to sealed and front/bottom ported speakers. Placing the speakers too close to the walls may cause the bass to sound boomy.
