TSi CS10 features a 1" silk dome Dynamic Balance Tweeter and 2 x 5.25" bi-laminate organic fiber cone Woofer. On the other hand, the TSi300 features a 1" Tweeter and 2 x 5.25" Organic Fiber Woofer.
Frequency Response
TSi CS10 has a frequency range of 63-24k Hz whereas TSi300 has a frequency range of 47-24k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 47Hz, the TSi300 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the TSi CS10's min frequency of 63Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
TSi CS10 and TSi300 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. TSi CS10 sensitivity is rated at 91 dB and the TSi300's is at 90 dB. This 1 dB difference makes the Polk TSi CS10 a more sensitive speaker compared to Polk TSi300, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
TSi300 can handle a max power of 150 watts RMS, whereas TSi CS10 has a max power handling value of 125 watts RMS, 25 watts less than the TSi300.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Input Type and Bi-Amping / Bi-Wiring
TSi300 features 5-way post posts which make bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. TSi CS10 has a 5-Way post which doesn't feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.
Cabinet Type and Port Position
TSi CS10 has a rear firing port whereas TSi300 has a bottom firing ports. Polk TSi300's bottom-firing port gives more flexibility in placement in regards to proximity to walls compared to Polk TSi CS10 with its rear-firing port.
Physical Specs
The size of a speaker can sometimes be an important decision factor due to space constraints or in some cases purely for esthetic reasons. In this section, we are going to compare Polk TSi CS10's and Polk TSi300's external dimensions.
