RP-8060FA features a 1" titanium Tractrix Horn Tweeter and 2 x 8" Cerametallic Woofer. On the other hand, the RP-450C features a 1" titanium Tractrix horn Tweeter and 4 x 5.25" Cerametallic cone Woofer.
Frequency Response
RP-8060FA has a frequency range of 32-25k Hz whereas RP-450C has a frequency range of 58-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 32Hz, the RP-8060FA can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the RP-450C's min frequency of 58Hz.

RP-8060FA and RP-450C have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. RP-8060FA sensitivity is rated at 98 dB and the RP-450C's is at 97 dB. within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.

Cabinet Type and Port Position
Both RP-8060FA and RP-450C have rear firing ports. Rear ported speakers generally need more room between the backside of the speaker and the wall compared to sealed and front/bottom ported speakers. Placing the speakers too close to the walls may cause the bass to sound boomy.
