Rebellion features a " K-702 driver Compression Horn Tweeter and 1 x 8" Paper Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 715Hz. On the other hand, the Jubilee features a 7" Titanium diaphragm Compression Horn Tweeter and 2 x 12" Fibre composite Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 340Hz.
Frequency Response
Rebellion has a frequency range of 60-20k Hz whereas Jubilee has a frequency range of 18-20k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 18Hz, the Jubilee can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Rebellion's min frequency of 60Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Rebellion and Jubilee have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Rebellion sensitivity is rated at 95 dB and the Jubilee's is at 107 dB. This 12 dB difference makes the Klipsch Heritage Jubilee a more sensitive speaker compared to Klipsch Heritage Rebellion, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power Range
Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Jubilee can handle a max power of 1200 watts RMS, whereas Rebellion has a max power handling value of 200 watts RMS, 1000 watts less than the Jubilee.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Input Type and Bi-Amping / Bi-Wiring
Jubilee features Binding post posts which make bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. Rebellion has a Binding post which doesn't feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.
Cabinet Type and Port Position
Rebellion has a rear firing port whereas Jubilee has a front firing ports. Klipsch Heritage Jubilee's front-firing port gives more flexibility in placement in regards to proximity to walls compared to Klipsch Heritage Rebellion with its rear-firing port.
