Drivers
One of the fundamental differences between these two speakers is that AK6 is a 3-way design whereas the kO-R2 is a 2-way speaker. 3-way designs utilize a midrange driver in addition to the tweeter and woofer on 2-way designs. Designing a crossover for a 3-way speaker is a complicated process and generally increases the overall cost of the speaker.

AK6 features a 1" polyimide diaphragm compression Tractrix horn Tweeter, a 2" Midrange and 1 x 15" fiber-composite with a trihedral exponential folded horn Woofer. On the other hand, the kO-R2 features a " K-706 driver Compression Horn Tweeter and 1 x 15" Paper Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 760Hz.
Frequency Response
AK6 has a frequency range of 33-20k Hz whereas kO-R2 has a frequency range of 39-20k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 33Hz, the AK6 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the kO-R2's min frequency of 39Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
AK6 and kO-R2 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. AK6 sensitivity is rated at 105 dB and the kO-R2's is at 97 dB. This 8 dB difference makes the Klipsch Klipschorn AK6 a more sensitive speaker compared to Klipsch OJAS kO-R2, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
kO-R2 can handle a max power of 300 watts RMS, whereas AK6 has a max power handling value of 100 watts RMS, 200 watts less than the kO-R2.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

AK6 features Binding post posts which make bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. kO-R2 has a Binding post which doesn't feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.

A Klipsch Klipschorn AK6 B Klipsch OJAS kO-R2
depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, your system or how you will use them. Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
The usual trade-off: Klipsch Klipschorn AK6 measures better, Klipsch OJAS kO-R2 costs about about 94% more% less. Whether that gap is worth the money is the call only you can make - and in a normal room it is often smaller than the numbers suggest. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 39Hz anyway, which makes the cheaper Klipsch OJAS kO-R2 much easier to justify. In a large or open-plan room, Klipsch Klipschorn AK6 has the cabinet volume to fill it more easily; in a small room, near a wall or at desk distance, Klipsch OJAS kO-R2 is the easier speaker to get right.
