The built-in power amplifier saves space & eliminates the need to connect Audioengine HD3 to a stereo receiver or external power amp. It features a 0.75" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 2.75" Kevlar/Glass-Aramid Composite Woofer. The speaker has a frequency range of 65-22k Hz. Audioengine HD3 has an MSRP of 349$ per pair.
