Drivers
One of the fundamental differences between these two speakers is that Ultra Evolution Bookshelf is a 2-way design whereas the Ultra Evolution Pinnacle is a 3-way speaker. 3-way designs utilize a midrange driver in addition to the tweeter and woofer on 2-way designs. Designing a crossover for a 3-way speaker is a complicated process and generally increases the overall cost of the speaker.

Ultra Evolution Bookshelf features a 1" aluminum Dome Tweeter and 1 x 6.5" Composite glass-fiber Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1800Hz. On the other hand, the Ultra Evolution Pinnacle features a 1" aluminum Dome Tweeter, a 5.25" Midrange and 4 x 8" Composite glass-fiber Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 140HZ and 1800Hz.
Frequency Response
Ultra Evolution Bookshelf has a frequency range of 40-40k Hz whereas Ultra Evolution Pinnacle has a frequency range of 24-40k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 24Hz, the Ultra Evolution Pinnacle can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Ultra Evolution Bookshelf's min frequency of 40Hz.

Ultra Evolution Bookshelf and Ultra Evolution Pinnacle have the same Impedance of 6 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Ultra Evolution Bookshelf sensitivity is rated at 87 dB and the Ultra Evolution Pinnacle's is at 88 dB. This 1 dB difference makes the SVS Ultra Evolution Pinnacle a more sensitive speaker compared to SVS Ultra Evolution Bookshelf, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Ultra Evolution Pinnacle can handle a max power of 300 watts RMS, whereas Ultra Evolution Bookshelf has a max power handling value of 150 watts RMS, 150 watts less than the Ultra Evolution Pinnacle.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Cabinet Type and Port Position
Both Ultra Evolution Bookshelf and Ultra Evolution Pinnacle have rear firing ports. Rear ported speakers generally need more room between the backside of the speaker and the wall compared to sealed and front/bottom ported speakers. Placing the speakers too close to the walls may cause the bass to sound boomy.
