4349 features a 1.5" Teonex Compression Driver Tweeter and 1 x 12" Pure Pulp Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1.5 kHz. On the other hand, the 4369 features a 3" Teonex Compression Driver Tweeter and 1 x 15" Pure Pulp Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 800 Hz.
Frequency Response
4349 has a frequency range of 32-25k Hz whereas 4369 has a frequency range of 28-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 28Hz, the 4369 can go slightly deeper then the 4349's min frequency of 32Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
4349 is a 8 ohms speaker compared to the 4369 which has a nominal impedance of 6 ohms.
These two speakers also have different sensitivity levels. 4349 sensitivity is rated at 91 dB and the 4369's is rated at 93 dB. This 2 dB difference makes the JBL 4369 a more sensitive speaker compared to JBL 4349, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power Range
Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
4369 can handle a max power of 350 watts RMS, whereas 4349 has a max power handling value of 200 watts RMS, 150 watts less than the 4369.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Both 4349 and 4369 features dual binding post speaker terminals for bi-amping or bi-wiring.
Physical Specs
The size of a speaker can sometimes be an important decision factor due to space constraints or in some cases purely for esthetic reasons. In this section, we are going to compare JBL 4349's and JBL 4369's external dimensions.
