Both amplifiers and both views share one scale, so everything here is directly comparable. Hover a box for its dimensions.

One scale for both, aligned at the back panels the way they would sit against a wall, so the deeper one visibly stands further out.

WiiM Amp needs about 20% more shelf area. WiiM Amp is 36mm deeper - the measurement that decides whether a rack door closes.

Verdict

One is a streaming all-in-one and the other is an amplifier. Judge them on how many boxes you want and what you already own, not on the spec sheet alone.

AreaBetterWhy
Powerevenly matchedEffectively the same output - 50W against 60W into 8 ohms is under 1dB, which is not an audible difference in loudness.
Grip on hard loadsevenly matchedBoth behave much the same into 4 ohms - output nearly doubles (100W and 120W).
Noise floorBWiiM Amp is the quieter design on paper - 98dB against 95dB. Audible mainly with sensitive speakers in a quiet room.
Built-in DACevenly matchedBoth have a DAC on board with much the same capability.
StreamingBOnly WiiM Amp has AirPlay 2, Chromecast and Roon.
Room to growBOnly WiiM Amp offers preamp outputs - which decides whether you can add a subwoofer or a power amplifier later without replacing the box.
Room correctionBWiiM Amp has room correction. In an awkward room that does more for the sound than any other difference on this page.
Shelf spacedependsOSD Nero Stream ARC takes up about 17% less shelf area (351cm² against 420cm²), and it is 36mm shallower, which is the measurement that decides whether a rack door shuts.
PriceAOSD Nero Stream ARC costs less - $199 against $299 at list.
Watts per dollarAOSD Nero Stream ARC is the cheaper watt - about $4 per watt against $5. A blunt measure, and it says nothing about how either sounds, but it is the honest one for raw output.

A OSD Nero Stream ARC  B WiiM Amp
depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, your system or how you will use them. Only specs published for both amplifiers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.

Which should you choose?

The usual trade-off: WiiM Amp measures better, OSD Nero Stream ARC costs about 33% less. With most speakers in most rooms that gap is smaller in practice than it looks here. Think about the whole system: the roughly $100 saved by taking the cheaper one would buy better speakers or a subwoofer, which does more for the sound than the difference between two competent amplifiers.

What a spec sheet cannot show: how either sounds with your speakers, how the controls feel day to day, and what the app is like to live with - which is where most all-in-one amplifiers are actually won or lost. Power figures are the manufacturers' own and are not measured to a common standard, so treat small differences as noise. If you can hear both, that will tell you more than any row above.
