Drivers
One of the fundamental differences between these two speakers is that Heritage Centre is a 3-way design whereas the Rebellion is a 2-way speaker. 3-way designs utilize a midrange driver in addition to the tweeter and woofer on 2-way designs. Designing a crossover for a 3-way speaker is a complicated process and generally increases the overall cost of the speaker.

Heritage Centre features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter, a 2" Midrange and 2 x 6-1/2" Woofer. On the other hand, the Rebellion features a " K-702 driver Compression Horn Tweeter and 1 x 8" Paper Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 715Hz.
Frequency Response
Heritage Centre has a frequency range of 54-20k Hz whereas Rebellion has a frequency range of 60-20k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 54Hz, the Heritage Centre can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Rebellion's min frequency of 60Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Heritage Centre is a 6 ohms speaker compared to the Rebellion which has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms.
These two speakers also have different sensitivity levels. Heritage Centre sensitivity is rated at 90 dB and the Rebellion's is rated at 95 dB.
