One of the fundamental differences between these two speakers is that M16 is a 2-way design whereas the F35 is a 3-way speaker. 3-way designs utilize a midrange driver in addition to the tweeter and woofer on 2-way designs. Designing a crossover for a 3-way speaker is a complicated process and generally increases the overall cost of the speaker.

M16 features a 1" aluminum Dome Tweeter and 1 x 6.5" Anodized aluminum Woofer . On the other hand, the F35 features a 1" aluminum dome with with proprietary acoustic lens and waveguide Tweeter , a 5.25" Midrange and 2 x 5.25" Anodized aluminum Woofer .

M16 and F35 has exactly the same frequency range of 55- Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
M16 and F35 have the same Impedance of 6 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. M16 sensitivity is rated at 86 dB and the F35's is at 90 dB. This 4 dB difference makes the Revel Concerta2 F35 a more sensitive speaker compared to Revel M16, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power Range
Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. While using an amplifier within this range ensures the nominal performance , inputting a power that is higher than the max wattage can result in a damaged speaker.
M16 can handle a max power of 180 watts RMS from the amp the whereas M16 has a max power handling value of 120 watts RMS , 60 watts less than the F35.
Keep in mind that a higher max power handling value doesn't necessarily make that a louder speaker
compared to a lower max handling speaker. Loudness or the sound level is also impacted by parameters
such as Impedance, sensitivity and system efficiencies.
Input Type and Bi-Amping / Bi-Wiring
M16 features 5-Way post type posts and F35 has a 5-Way post type posts. None of these speakers feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.
Cabinet Type and Port Position
Both M16 and F35 have rear firing ports. Rear ported speakers generally need more room between the backside of the speaker and the wall compared to sealed and front/bottom ported speakers. Placing the speakers too close to the walls may cause the bass to sound boomy.

Physical Specs
Size of a speaker can sometimes become an important decision factor due to space constraints or in some cases purely for esthetic reasons. In this section, we are going to compare Revel M16's and Revel Concerta2 F35's external dimensions. Revel M16 has external dimensions of 378.0 x 221.0 x 280.0mm ( 14-7/8 x 8-11/16 x 11inch) whereas Revel Concerta2 F35 has external dimensions of 1026.0 x 216.0 x 313.0mm ( 40-3/8 x 8-1/2 x 12-5/16inch) .
Revel M16 is 648mm shorter and 33mm less deeper than Revel Concerta2 F35 but it is also 5mm wider.

The base surface area of the Revel M16 is approximately 618.8cm2 / 95.9inch2 and base area of the Revel Concerta2 F35 is approximately 676.1cm2 / 104.8inch2. The M16 requires 8% less surface area than the F35 which gives it a small advantage on placement in tight spaces.
