What size room are the Polk XT60 and Polk TSi300 speakers good for?
The size of the room in which you are planning to use these loudspeakers is an important decision

XT60 features a 1" Terylene dome Tweeter and 1 x 6.5" Bi-laminate paper Woofer. On the other hand, the TSi300 features a 1" Tweeter and 2 x 5.25" Organic Fiber Woofer.
Frequency Response
XT60 has a frequency range of 38-40k Hz whereas TSi300 has a frequency range of 47-24k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 38Hz, the XT60 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the TSi300's min frequency of 47Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
XT60 and TSi300 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. XT60 sensitivity is rated at 86 dB and the TSi300's is at 90 dB. This 4 dB difference makes the Polk TSi300 a more sensitive speaker compared to Polk XT60, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
XT60 can handle a max power of 200 watts RMS, whereas TSi300 has a max power handling value of 150 watts RMS, 50 watts less than the XT60.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Input Type and Bi-Amping / Bi-Wiring
TSi300 features 5-way post posts which make bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. XT60 has a 5-Way post which doesn't feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.
Physical Specs
The size of a speaker can sometimes be an important decision factor due to space constraints or in some cases purely for esthetic reasons. In this section, we are going to compare Polk XT60's and Polk TSi300's external dimensions. Polk XT60 has external dimensions of 929.0 x 231.0 x 253.0mm (36-9/16 x 9-1/16 x 9-15/16inch) whereas Polk TSi300 has external dimensions of 921.0 x 208.0 x 299.0mm (36-1/4 x 8-3/16 x 11-3/4inch).

A generation apart: Polk XT60 is the newer design, against a 2011 model. Newer is not automatically better, but the older one is more likely to be discounted or near run-out.

depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, placement or how you will use them.
Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
Polk XT60 is ahead, but only on 1 of the measured areas, and it costs about 28% more. That is a lot of money for a narrow margin on paper - Polk TSi300 looks like the sensible buy unless something else about the Polk XT60 appeals to you. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 47Hz anyway, which makes the cheaper Polk TSi300 much easier to justify. If your amplifier is modest, vintage or valve-based, Polk TSi300 is the safer partner - the other will want more current or more watts to sound its best.
And remember what a spec sheet cannot show: how each looks in your room and whether the finish suits it, what dealer support and warranty are like where you live, and how they actually sound to you. If you can hear them first - ideally with your own music - that will tell you more than any number above.
