Aspen FR20 features a 2.5" Teonex planar magnetic Planar Magnetic Tweeter, a 10" Midrange and 2 x 8" Composite sandwich Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 400 Hz, 2500 Hz – Linkwitz-Riley 4th order acoustic. On the other hand, the Aspen FR10 features a 2.5" Teonex planar magnetic Planar Magnetic Tweeter, a 8" Midrange and 2 x 6.5" Composite sandwich Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 550 Hz, 1750 Hz - Linkwitz-Riley 4th order acoustic.
Frequency Response
Aspen FR20 has a frequency range of 23-20k Hz whereas Aspen FR10 has a frequency range of 32-20k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 23Hz, the Aspen FR20 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Aspen FR10's min frequency of 32Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Aspen FR20 and Aspen FR10 have the same Impedance of 4 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Aspen FR20 sensitivity is rated at 87 dB and the Aspen FR10's is at 86.5 dB.
One thing to keep in mind that the lower impedance speakers, especially the ones that are rated at 4 ohms may put more pressure on the amplifier unit comared to higher impedance speakers especially at high volume levels, so make sure the amp you pair with the Aspen FR20 and the Aspen FR20 can provide this impedance level.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Aspen FR20 can handle a max power of 300 watts RMS, whereas Aspen FR10 has a max power handling value of 200 watts RMS, 100 watts less than the Aspen FR20.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Input Type and Bi-Amping / Bi-Wiring
Aspen FR20 features Binding post type posts and Aspen FR10 has a Binding post type posts. None of these speakers feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.

Which should you choose?
The usual trade-off: PS Audio Aspen FR20 measures better, PS Audio Aspen FR10 costs about 57% less. Whether that gap is worth the money is the call only you can make - and in a normal room it is often smaller than the numbers suggest. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 32Hz anyway, which makes the cheaper PS Audio Aspen FR10 much easier to justify.
