LX-1 MKII features a 1" Microfibre Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 4" Composite fibre Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2.7kHz. On the other hand, the LX-3D MKII features a 1" Microfibre Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 4" Composite fibre Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2.8kHz.
Frequency Response
LX-1 MKII has a frequency range of 58-20k Hz whereas LX-3D MKII has a frequency range of 105-20k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 58Hz, the LX-1 MKII can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the LX-3D MKII's min frequency of 105Hz.

Which should you choose?
Mission LX-1 MKII has the edge on paper, though the margin is not large. The rows marked "depends" may matter more to you than the score does. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 105Hz anyway, so judge these on the other rows instead.
