F1-5 features a " Tweeter and x " Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1900 Hz. On the other hand, the Evoke 30 features a 1.1" Cerotar with Hexis Tweeter and 1 x 7" Magnesium Silicate Polymer Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 3200Hz.
Frequency Response
F1-5 has a frequency range of 48-38k Hz whereas Evoke 30 has a frequency range of 40-23k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 40Hz, the Evoke 30 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the F1-5's min frequency of 48Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
F1-5 is a 8 ohms speaker compared to the Evoke 30 which has a nominal impedance of 6 ohms.

Which should you choose?
Neither runs away with it - they trade advantages. Let the "depends" rows and your own room settle it. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 48Hz anyway, so judge these on the other rows instead.
