Drivers
One of the fundamental differences between these two speakers is that Vestia No3 is a 3-way design whereas the Vestia Center is a 2-way speaker. 3-way designs utilize a midrange driver in addition to the tweeter and woofer on 2-way designs. Designing a crossover for a 3-way speaker is a complicated process and generally increases the overall cost of the speaker.

Vestia No3 features a 1" Al/Mg inverted dome Tweeter, a 6.5" Midrange and 3 x 6.5" Slatefiber Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 280Hz and 3100Hz. On the other hand, the Vestia Center features a 1" Al/Mg inverted dome Tweeter and 2 x 6.5" Slatefiber Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2700Hz.
Frequency Response
Vestia No3 has a frequency range of 42-30k Hz whereas Vestia Center has a frequency range of 58-30k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 42Hz, the Vestia No3 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Vestia Center's min frequency of 58Hz.

Vestia No3 and Vestia Center have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Vestia No3 sensitivity is rated at 92 dB and the Vestia Center's is at 91.5 dB.

Power Range
Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Vestia No3 can handle a max power of 300 watts RMS, whereas Vestia Center has a max power handling value of 200 watts RMS, 100 watts less than the Vestia No3.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Cabinet Type and Port Position
Vestia No3 has a front firing port whereas Vestia Center has a rear firing ports. Focal Vestia No3's front-firing port gives more flexibility in placement in regards to proximity to walls compared to Focal Vestia Center with its rear-firing port.
Physical Specs
The size of a speaker can sometimes be an important decision factor due to space constraints or in some cases purely for esthetic reasons.
