UIW RSS II features a 1" Hard-Dome Tweeter and 2 x 4.5" Polypropylene Woofer . On the other hand, the CWM663 features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 6" Kevlar Woofer .
Frequency Response
UIW RSS II has a frequency range of 26-30kHz whereas CWM663 has a frequency range of 45-50kHz. With a minimum frequency of 26Hz, the UIW RSS II can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the CWM663's min frequency of 45Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
UIW RSS II and CWM663 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. UIW RSS II sensitivity is rated at 90 dB and the CWM663's is at 88 dB. This 2 dB difference makes the Definitive UIW RSS II a more sensitive speaker compared to B&W CWM663, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. While using an amplifier within this range ensures the nominal performance , inputting a power that is higher than the max wattage can result in a damaged speaker.
UIW RSS II can handle a max power of 250 watts RMS from the amp the whereas CWM663 has a max power handling value of 150 watts RMS, 100 watts less than the UIW RSS II.
Keep in mind that a higher max power handling value doesn't necessarily make that a louder speaker
compared to a lower max handling speaker. Loudness or the sound level is also impacted by parameters
such as Impedance, sensitivity and system efficiencies.
Input Type and Bi-Amping / Bi-Wiring
UIW RSS II features Spring post type posts and CWM663 has a Spring post type posts. None of these speakers feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.
