Oberon 5 features a 1.125" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 2 x 5.25" Wood Fiber Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2400Hz. On the other hand, the RP-5000F features a 1" Tractrix Horn Tweeter and 2 x 5.25" Cerametallic Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1800 Hz.
Frequency Response
Oberon 5 has a frequency range of 39-26k Hz whereas RP-5000F has a frequency range of 35-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 35Hz, the RP-5000F can go slightly deeper then the Oberon 5's min frequency of 39Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Oberon 5 is a 6 ohms speaker compared to the RP-5000F which has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms.
These two speakers also have different sensitivity levels. Oberon 5 sensitivity is rated at 88 dB and the RP-5000F's is rated at 96 dB. This 8 dB difference makes the Klipsch RP-5000F a more sensitive speaker compared to DALI Oberon 5, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Oberon 5 can handle a max power of 150 watts RMS, whereas RP-5000F has a max power handling value of 125 watts RMS, 25 watts less than the Oberon 5.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Input Type and Bi-Amping / Bi-Wiring
RP-5000F features Post posts which make bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. Oberon 5 has a Post which doesn't feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.

Cabinet Type and Port Position
Both Oberon 5 and RP-5000F have rear firing ports. Rear ported speakers generally need more room between the backside of the speaker and the wall compared to sealed and front/bottom ported speakers. Placing the speakers too close to the walls may cause the bass to sound boomy.

Physical Specs

A DALI Oberon 5 B Klipsch RP-5000F
depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, your system or how you will use them. Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
Klipsch RP-5000F is the easier recommendation: it leads on most of the measured areas and costs less. Take DALI Oberon 5 if its size, looks or fit in your room suit you better. In a large or open-plan room, Klipsch RP-5000F has the cabinet volume to fill it more easily; in a small room, near a wall or at desk distance, DALI Oberon 5 is the easier speaker to get right. If your amplifier is modest, vintage or valve-based, Klipsch RP-5000F is the safer partner - the other will want more current or more watts to sound its best.
And remember what a spec sheet cannot show: how each looks in your room and whether the finish suits it, what dealer support and warranty are like where you live, and how they actually sound to you. If you can hear them first - ideally with your own music - that will tell you more than any number above.
