CWM664 features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 6" Glass-fiber Woofer. On the other hand, the CWM652 features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 5" Kevlar Woofer.
Frequency Response
CWM664 has a frequency range of 45-35kHz whereas CWM652 has a frequency range of 54-50kHz. With a minimum frequency of 45Hz, the CWM664 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the CWM652's min frequency of 54Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
CWM664 and CWM652 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. CWM664 sensitivity is rated at 87.5 dB and the CWM652's is at 86 dB. This 2 dB difference makes the B&W CWM664 a more sensitive speaker compared to B&W CWM652, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
CWM664 can handle a max power of 130 watts RMS, whereas CWM652 has a max power handling value of 100 watts RMS, 30 watts less than the CWM664.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on
