Which should you choose?
The usual trade-off: Yamaha NS-SW100 measures better, Yamaha NS-SW050 costs about 19% less. In a normal room, placement will make a bigger difference than the gap between these two. If placement is the constraint - a corner, behind a sofa, under a desk - Yamaha NS-SW050 is the one that will actually go there, and a well-placed small subwoofer beats a badly-placed big one every time.
