SB16-Ultra has a frequency range of 16-460 Hz whereas SB-1000 Pro has a frequency range of 20-270 Hz. With a minimum frequency of 16Hz, the SB16-Ultra can go slightly deeper then the SB-1000 Pro's min frequency of 20Hz.
