Drivers
One of the fundamental differences between these two speakers is that Heritage Centre is a 3-way design whereas the kO-R2 is a 2-way speaker. 3-way designs utilize a midrange driver in addition to the tweeter and woofer on 2-way designs. Designing a crossover for a 3-way speaker is a complicated process and generally increases the overall cost of the speaker.

Heritage Centre features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter, a 2" Midrange and 2 x 6-1/2" Woofer. On the other hand, the kO-R2 features a " K-706 driver Compression Horn Tweeter and 1 x 15" Paper Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 760Hz.
Frequency Response
Heritage Centre has a frequency range of 54-20k Hz whereas kO-R2 has a frequency range of 39-20k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 39Hz, the kO-R2 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Heritage Centre's min frequency of 54Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Heritage Centre is a 6 ohms speaker compared to the kO-R2 which has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms.
These two speakers also have different sensitivity levels. Heritage Centre sensitivity is rated at 90 dB and the kO-R2's is rated at 97 dB. This 7 dB difference makes the Klipsch OJAS kO-R2 a more sensitive speaker compared to Wharfedale Heritage Centre, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.
