Both D320 and S15 are 2-way speakers. D320 features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 5" Woven Kevlar Woofer . On the other hand, S15 features a 1" Terylene Dome Tweeter and 1 5.25" Mica-reinforced polypropylene Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2500 Hz.
