Delta features a 1" Titanium dome Horn-Loaded Tweeter, a 6.5" Midrange and 2 x 6.5" Fibreglass Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 280Hz and 2750Hz. On the other hand, the Alpha features a 1" Titanium dome Horn-Loaded Tweeter, a 6.5" Midrange and 3 x 6.5" Double ferrite fibreglass Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 290Hz and 2600Hz.
Frequency Response
Delta has a frequency range of 35-22k Hz whereas Alpha has a frequency range of 32-22k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 32Hz, the Alpha can go slightly deeper then the Delta's min frequency of 35Hz.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Alpha can handle a max power of 140 watts RMS, whereas Delta has a max power handling value of 120 watts RMS, 20 watts less than the Alpha.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Both Delta and Alpha features dual binding post speaker terminals for bi-amping or bi-wiring.

Which should you choose?
The usual trade-off: Triangle Signature Alpha measures better, Triangle Signature Delta costs about about 20% more% less. Whether that gap is worth the money is the call only you can make - and in a normal room it is often smaller than the numbers suggest. Match it to your room: we rate Triangle Signature Alpha the better fit for a very large room; elsewhere the two are rated the same.
