Drivers
One of the fundamental differences between these two speakers is that Voce 40th is a 2-way design whereas the Quatuor 40th is a 3-way speaker. 3-way designs utilize a midrange driver in addition to the tweeter and woofer on 2-way designs. Designing a crossover for a 3-way speaker is a complicated process and generally increases the overall cost of the speaker.

Voce 40th features a 1" Magnesium dome Horn-Loaded Tweeter and 2 x 6.5" Natural paper Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 3000Hz. On the other hand, the Quatuor 40th features a 1" Magnesium dome Horn-Loaded Tweeter, a 6.5" Midrange and 3 x 6.5" Fibreglass sandwich Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 350Hz and 2500Hz.
Frequency Response
Voce 40th has a frequency range of 50-22k Hz whereas Quatuor 40th has a frequency range of 33-30k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 33Hz, the Quatuor 40th can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Voce 40th's min frequency of 50Hz.

range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Quatuor 40th can handle a max power of 260 watts RMS, whereas Voce 40th has a max power handling value of 200 watts RMS, 60 watts less than the Quatuor 40th.
