Drivers
One of the fundamental differences between these two speakers is that Antal 40th is a 3-way design whereas the Comete Ez is a 2-way speaker. 3-way designs utilize a midrange driver in addition to the tweeter and woofer on 2-way designs. Designing a crossover for a 3-way speaker is a complicated process and generally increases the overall cost of the speaker.

Antal 40th features a 1" Magnesium dome Horn-Loaded Tweeter, a 6.5" Midrange and 2 x 6.5" Fibreglass Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 180Hz and 3800Hz. On the other hand, the Comete Ez features a 1" Titanium dome Horn-Loaded Tweeter and 1 x 6.5" Fibreglass Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 3500Hz.
Frequency Response
Antal 40th has a frequency range of 40-22k Hz whereas Comete Ez has a frequency range of 49-22k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 40Hz, the Antal 40th can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Comete Ez's min frequency of 49Hz.

range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Antal 40th can handle a max power of 140 watts RMS, whereas Comete Ez has a max power handling value of 80 watts RMS, 60 watts less than the Antal 40th.
