Borea BR07 features a 1" silk Break_in Tweeter, a 6" Midrange and 1 x 6" fiberglass Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 350Hz and 3500Hz. On the other hand, the Borea BR08 features a 1" silk Break_in Tweeter, a 6" Midrange and 2 x 6" fiberglass Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 215Hz and 3500Hz.
Frequency Response
Borea BR07 has a frequency range of 44 - 22k Hz whereas Borea BR08 has a frequency range of 40 - 22k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 40Hz, the Borea BR08 can go slightly deeper then the Borea BR07's min frequency of 44Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Borea BR07 and Borea BR08 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Borea BR07 sensitivity is rated at 91 dB and the Borea BR08's is at 92 dB. This 1 dB difference makes the Triangle Borea BR08 a more sensitive speaker compared to Triangle Borea BR07, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Borea BR08 can handle a max power of 150 watts RMS, whereas Borea BR07 has a max power handling value of 120 watts RMS, 30 watts less than the Borea BR08.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Which should you choose?
The usual trade-off: Triangle Borea BR08 measures better, Triangle Borea BR07 costs about 25% less. Whether that gap is worth the money is the call only you can make - and in a normal room it is often smaller than the numbers suggest. Think about the whole system, not just the speakers: the roughly $400 saved by taking the cheaper pair would buy a subwoofer or a better amplifier, and either usually does more for the sound than the difference between these two.
