Borea BR03 features a 1" silk Tweeter and 1 x 6" fiberglass Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 3600Hz. On the other hand, the RP-600M features a 1" Tractrix Horn Tweeter and 1 x 6.5" Cerametallic Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1500Hz.

Borea BR03 has a frequency range of 46 - 22k Hz whereas RP-600M has a frequency range of 45-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 45Hz, the RP-600M can go slightly deeper then the Borea BR03's min frequency of 46Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Borea BR03 and RP-600M have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Borea BR03 sensitivity is rated at 90 dB and the RP-600M's is at 96 dB. Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
Klipsch RP-600M is the easier recommendation: it leads on most of the measured areas and costs less. Take Triangle Borea BR03 if its size, looks or fit in your room suit you better. If your amplifier is modest, vintage or valve-based, Klipsch RP-600M is the safer partner - the other will want more current or more watts to sound its best. Think about the whole system, not just the speakers: the roughly $170 saved by taking the cheaper pair would buy a subwoofer or a better amplifier, and either usually does more for the sound than the difference between these two.
