Concerta2 C25 features a 1" aluminum dome with proprietary acoustic lens and waveguide Tweeter and 2 x 5.25" anodized aluminum cone Woofer. On the other hand, the RP-450C features a 1" titanium Tractrix horn Tweeter and 4 x 5.25" Cerametallic cone Woofer.
Frequency Response
Concerta2 C25 has a frequency range of 80Hz- 20kHz whereas RP-450C has a frequency range of 58-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 58Hz, the RP-450C can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Concerta2 C25's min frequency of 80Hz.

within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
RP-450C can handle a max power of 150 watts RMS, whereas Concerta2 C25 has a max power handling value of 120 watts RMS, 30 watts less than the RP-450C.

A Revel Concerta2 C25 B Klipsch RP-450C
depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, your system or how you will use them. Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
Klipsch RP-450C is the easier recommendation: it leads on most of the measured areas and costs less. Take Revel Concerta2 C25 if its size, looks or fit in your room suit you better. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 80Hz anyway, so judge these on the other rows instead. In a large or open-plan room, Klipsch RP-450C has the cabinet volume to fill it more easily; in a small room, near a wall or at desk distance, Revel Concerta2 C25 is the easier speaker to get right.
