3050 features a 1" Dome Tweeter and 2 x 6.5" Paper composite Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2600Hz. On the other hand, the RP-4000F features a 1" Tractrix Horn Tweeter and 2 x 4" Cerametallic Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1500 Hz.
Frequency Response
3050 has a frequency range of 44-22k Hz whereas RP-4000F has a frequency range of 37-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 37Hz, the RP-4000F can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the 3050's min frequency of 44Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
3050 is a 6 ohms speaker compared to the RP-4000F which has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms.
These two speakers also have different sensitivity levels. 3050 sensitivity is rated at 92 dB and the RP-4000F's is rated at 95 dB. This 3 dB difference makes the Klipsch RP-4000F a more sensitive speaker compared to Q Acoustics 3050, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
3050 can handle a max power of 100 watts RMS, whereas RP-4000F has a max power handling value of 75 watts RMS, 25 watts less than the 3050.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Input Type and Bi-Amping / Bi-Wiring
RP-4000F features Binding post posts which make bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. 3050 has a Binding post which doesn't feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.
Cabinet Type and Port Position
Both 3050 and RP-4000F have rear firing ports. Rear ported speakers generally need more room between the backside of the speaker and the wall compared to sealed and front/bottom ported speakers. Placing the speakers too close to the walls may cause the bass to sound boomy.

depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, placement or how you will use them.
Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
Klipsch RP-4000F leads across most of the measured areas for a fairly modest premium, which makes it the easier pick if the budget stretches. Q Acoustics 3050 is the one to take if it does not. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 44Hz anyway, which makes the cheaper Q Acoustics 3050 much easier to justify. In a large or open-plan room, Q Acoustics 3050 has the cabinet volume to fill it more easily; in a small room, near a wall or at desk distance, Klipsch RP-4000F is the easier speaker to get right.
And remember what a spec sheet cannot show: how each looks in your room and whether the finish suits it, what dealer support and warranty are like where you live, and how they actually sound to you.
