Both 3030i and RP-600M are 2-way speakers. 3030i features a 1" decoupled Tweeter and 1 6.5" Coated paper Woofer . On the other hand, RP-600M features a 1" Tractrix Horn Tweeter and 1 6.5" Cerametallic Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1500 Hz.
3030i has a frequency range of 46-30k Hz whereas RP-600M has a frequency range of 45-25k Hz.
