3010c features a 0.9" decoupled Tweeter and 1 x 4" Coated paper Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 3100Hz . On the other hand, the Alpha P3 features a 0.75" anodized aluminum Hard-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 4.5" Polypropylene Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 3000Hz.
Frequency Response
3010c has a frequency range of 60-30k Hz whereas Alpha P3 has a frequency range of 57-21k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 57Hz, the Alpha P3 can go slightly deeper then the 3010c's min frequency of 60Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
3010c is a 6 ohms speaker compared to the Alpha P3 which has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms.
These two speakers also have different sensitivity levels. 3010c sensitivity is rated at 85 dB and the Alpha P3's is rated at 87 dB. This 2 dB difference makes the PSB P3 a more sensitive speaker compared to Q Acoustics 3010c, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Both handle the same maximum of 80 watts RMS, though 3010c is rated 15-80 watts and Alpha P3 10-80 watts.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

3010c features 5-way post type posts and Alpha P3 has a 5-way post type posts. None of these speakers feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.

Cabinet Type and Port Position
Both 3010c and Alpha P3 have rear firing ports. Rear ported speakers generally need more room between the backside of the speaker and the wall compared to sealed and front/bottom ported speakers. Placing the speakers too close to the walls may cause the bass to sound boomy.

Physical Specs

A Q Acoustics 3010c B PSB P3
depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, your system or how you will use them. Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
PSB P3 is the easier recommendation: it leads on most of the measured areas and costs less. Take Q Acoustics 3010c if its size, looks or fit in your room suit you better. Match it to your room: we rate Q Acoustics 3010c the better fit for near-field listening; elsewhere the two are rated the same. In a large or open-plan room, Q Acoustics 3010c has the cabinet volume to fill it more easily; in a small room, near a wall or at desk distance, PSB P3 is the easier speaker to get right.
