Frequency Response

S15 has a frequency range of 50-40k Hz whereas RTi A1 has a frequency range of 60-26k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 50Hz, the S15 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the RTi A1's min frequency of 60Hz.

Which should you choose?

Polk RTi A1 is ahead, but only on 1 of the measured areas, and it costs about 47% more. That is a lot of money for a narrow margin on paper - Polk S15 looks like the sensible buy unless something else about the Polk RTi A1 appeals to you. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 60Hz anyway, so judge these on the other rows instead.
