Monitor XT35 features a 1" Terylene High-res dome Tweeter and 4 x 3" bi-laminate paper cone Woofer. On the other hand, the CSi A6 features a 1" silk/polymer Dynamic Balance Tweeter and 2 x 6.5" Dynamic Balance polymer composite Woofer.
Frequency Response
Monitor XT35 has a frequency range of 57-40k Hz whereas CSi A6 has a frequency range of 55-26k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 55Hz, the CSi A6 can go slightly deeper then the Monitor XT35's min frequency of 57Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Monitor XT35 and CSi A6 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Monitor XT35 sensitivity is rated at 87 dB and the CSi A6's is at 90 dB. range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Both handle the same maximum of 200 watts RMS, though Monitor XT35 is rated 25-200 watts and CSi A6 20-200 watts.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Cabinet Type and Port Position
Both Monitor XT35 and CSi A6 have rear firing ports. Rear ported speakers generally need more room between the backside of the speaker and the wall compared to sealed and front/bottom ported speakers. Placing the speakers too close to the walls may cause the bass to sound boomy.

A generation apart: Polk XT35 is the newer design, against a 2008 model. Newer is not automatically better, but the older one is more likely to be discounted or near run-out.

depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, your system or how you will use them. Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
Polk CSi A6 is ahead, but only on 1 of the measured areas, and it costs about 33% more. That is a lot of money for a narrow margin on paper - Polk XT35 looks like the sensible buy unless something else about the Polk CSi A6 appeals to you. In a large or open-plan room, Polk CSi A6 has the cabinet volume to fill it more easily; in a small room, near a wall or at desk distance, Polk XT35 is the easier speaker to get right. If your amplifier is modest, vintage or valve-based, Polk CSi A6 is the safer partner - the other will want more current or more watts to sound its best.
And remember what a spec sheet cannot show: how each looks in your room and whether the finish suits it, what dealer support and warranty are like where you live, and how they actually sound to you.
