65 RT has a frequency range of 50-25kHz whereas R-5800-W II has a frequency range of 40-23kHz. With a minimum frequency of 40Hz, the R-5800-W II can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the 65 RT's min frequency of 50Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
65 RT and R-5800-W II have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. 65 RT sensitivity is rated at 90 dB and the R-5800-W II's is at 94 dB. This 4 dB difference makes the Klipsch R-5800-W II a more sensitive speaker compared to Polk Audio 65 RT, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

65 RT can handle a max power of 125 watts RMS from the amp the whereas R-5800-W II has a max power handling value of 50 watts RMS, 75 watts less than the 65 RT.
Keep in mind that a higher max power handling value doesn't necessarily make that a louder speaker
