65 RT features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 6.5" Polymer Composite Woofer . On the other hand, the 100 IW 6 features a 1" Inverted Hard-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 6.5" Polyglass Woofer .
Frequency Response
65 RT has a frequency range of 50-25kHz whereas 100 IW 6 has a frequency range of 60-23kHz. With a minimum frequency of 50Hz, the 65 RT can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the 100 IW 6's min frequency of 60Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
65 RT and 100 IW 6 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. 65 RT sensitivity is rated at 90 dB and the 100 IW 6's is at 89 dB. This 1 dB difference makes the Polk Audio 65 RT a more sensitive speaker compared to Focal 100 IW 6, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. While using an amplifier within this range ensures the nominal performance , inputting a power that is higher than the max wattage can result in a damaged speaker.
65 RT can handle a max power of 125 watts RMS from the amp the whereas 100 IW 6 has a max power handling value of 120 watts RMS, 5 watts less than the 65 RT.
Keep in mind that a higher max power handling value doesn't necessarily make that a louder speaker
compared to a lower max handling speaker. Loudness or the sound level is also impacted by parameters
such as Impedance, sensitivity and system efficiencies.
