Frequency Response
255c-LS has a frequency range of 44-29kHz whereas 65 RT has a frequency range of 50-25kHz. With a minimum frequency of 44Hz, the 255c-LS can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the 65 RT's min frequency of 50Hz.

255c-LS and 65 RT have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. 255c-LS sensitivity is rated at 91 dB and the 65 RT's is at 90 dB. This 1 dB difference makes the Polk Audio 255c-LS a more sensitive speaker compared to Polk Audio 65 RT, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. While using an amplifier within this range ensures the nominal performance , inputting a power that is higher than the max wattage can result in a damaged speaker.
255c-LS can handle a max power of 150 watts RMS from the amp the whereas 65 RT has a max power handling value of 125 watts RMS, 25 watts less than the 255c-LS.
Keep in mind that a higher max power handling value doesn't necessarily make that a louder speaker
compared to a lower max handling speaker. Loudness or the sound level is also impacted by parameters
