Premier 820 v2 features a 1" Hard-Dome Tweeter , a 6" Midrange and 2 x 7" Woofer . On the other hand, the 700F features a 1" Tweeter , a 5.5" Midrange and 2 x 5.5" Carbon-Infused Polypropylene Woofer .
Frequency Response
Premier 820 v2 has a frequency range of 52-23k Hz whereas 700F has a frequency range of 45-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 45Hz, the 700F can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Premier 820 v2's min frequency of 52Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Premier 820 v2 and 700F have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Premier 820 v2 sensitivity is rated at 93 dB and the 700F's is at 91 dB. This 2 dB difference makes the Paradigm Premier 820 v2 a more sensitive speaker compared to Paradigm 700F, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.
