Premier 620C v2 features a 1" Hard-Dome Tweeter, a 6" Midrange and 2 x 7" Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 750Hz and 1700Hz. On the other hand, the 700F features a 1" Tweeter, a 5.5" Midrange and 2 x 5.5" Carbon-Infused Polypropylene Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 800Hz and 2500Hz.
Frequency Response
Premier 620C v2 has a frequency range of 49-23k Hz whereas 700F has a frequency range of 45-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 45Hz, the 700F can go slightly deeper then the Premier 620C v2's min frequency of 49Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Premier 620C v2 and 700F have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Premier 620C v2 sensitivity is rated at 93 dB and the 700F's is at 91 dB. Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Premier 620C v2 and 700F have the same power range of 15-180 watts.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on
