Frequency Response
W265 has a frequency range of 55-30kHz whereas W250-LCR has a frequency range of 60-30kHz. With a minimum frequency of 55Hz, the W265 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the W250-LCR's min frequency of 60Hz.

W265 is a 6 ohms speaker compared to the W250-LCR which has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms.

range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
W250-LCR can handle a max power of 100 watts RMS, whereas W265 has a max power handling value of 65 watts RMS, 35 watts less than the W250-LCR.
