CS140 has a frequency range of 75-30kHz whereas R-5650-S II has a frequency range of 60-23kHz. With a minimum frequency of 60Hz, the R-5650-S II can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the CS140's min frequency of 75Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
CS140 is a 6 ohms speaker compared to the R-5650-S II which has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms.
