SourcePoint 10 features a 1.25" wide roll soft dome Tweeter and 1 x 10" Paper-pulp Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1600 Hz. On the other hand, the S400 MKII features a 0.74" fine weave soft fabric textile aluminum waveguide Tweeter and 1 x 6" paper Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1800Hz.
Frequency Response
SourcePoint 10 has a frequency range of 42-30k Hz whereas S400 MKII has a frequency range of 33-40k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 33Hz, the S400 MKII can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the SourcePoint 10's min frequency of 42Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
SourcePoint 10 is a 8 ohms speaker compared to the S400 MKII which has a nominal impedance of 4 ohms. Lower impedance speakers, especially the ones that are rated at 4 ohms may put more pressure on the amplifier unit especially when played at high volume levels, so make sure the amp you pair with the S400 MKII can provide this impedance level.

depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, your system or how you will use them. Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
MoFi SourcePoint 10 is ahead, but only on 1 of the measured areas, and it costs about 68% more. That is a lot of money for a narrow margin on paper - Buchardt S400 MKII looks like the sensible buy unless something else about the MoFi SourcePoint 10 appeals to you. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 42Hz anyway, so judge these on the other rows instead. In a large or open-plan room, MoFi SourcePoint 10 has the cabinet volume to fill it more easily; in a small room, near a wall or at desk distance, Buchardt S400 MKII is the easier speaker to get right.
