LX-5 MKII features a 1" Microfibre Soft-Dome Tweeter and 2 x 6.5" Composite fibre Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2.3kHz. On the other hand, the S 809 features a 1" Tweeter and 3 x 5" Aluminized Polyfiber Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2000Hz.
Frequency Response
LX-5 MKII has a frequency range of 42-20k Hz whereas S 809 has a frequency range of 37-26k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 37Hz, the S 809 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the LX-5 MKII's min frequency of 42Hz.

LX-5 MKII can handle a max power of 150 watts RMS, whereas S 809 has a max power handling value of 120 watts RMS, 30 watts less than the LX-5 MKII.

Which should you choose?
