LX-4 MKII features a 1" Microfibre Soft-Dome Tweeter and 2 x 5" Composite fibre Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 3.0kHz. On the other hand, the RP-4000F features a 1" Tractrix Horn Tweeter and 2 x 4" Cerametallic Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1500 Hz.
Frequency Response
LX-4 MKII has a frequency range of 45-20k Hz whereas RP-4000F has a frequency range of 37-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 37Hz, the RP-4000F can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the LX-4 MKII's min frequency of 45Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
LX-4 MKII and RP-4000F have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. LX-4 MKII sensitivity is rated at 89 dB and the RP-4000F's is at 95 dB. within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
LX-4 MKII can handle a max power of 120 watts RMS, whereas RP-4000F has a max power handling value of 75 watts RMS, 45 watts less than the LX-4 MKII.

A Mission LX-4 MKII B Klipsch RP-4000F
depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, your system or how you will use them. Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
The usual trade-off: Klipsch RP-4000F measures better, Mission LX-4 MKII costs about about 17% more% less. Whether that gap is worth the money is the call only you can make - and in a normal room it is often smaller than the numbers suggest. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 45Hz anyway, which makes the cheaper Mission LX-4 MKII much easier to justify. If your amplifier is modest, vintage or valve-based, Klipsch RP-4000F is the safer partner - the other will want more current or more watts to sound its best.
