RP-4000F features a 1" Tractrix Horn Tweeter and 2 x 4" Cerametallic Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1500 Hz. On the other hand, the R-620F features a 1.0" Tweeter and 2 x 6.5" Copper-spun IMG Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2000Hz.
Frequency Response
RP-4000F has a frequency range of 37-25k Hz whereas R-620F has a frequency range of 38-21k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 37Hz, the RP-4000F can go slightly deeper then the R-620F's min frequency of 38Hz.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
R-620F can handle a max power of 100 watts RMS, whereas RP-4000F has a max power handling value of 75 watts RMS, 25 watts less than the R-620F.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

RP-4000F features Binding post posts which make bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. R-620F has a Post which doesn't feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.

Cabinet Type and Port Position
Both RP-4000F and R-620F have rear firing ports. Rear ported speakers generally need more room between the backside of the speaker and the wall compared to sealed and front/bottom ported speakers. Placing the speakers too close to the walls may cause the bass to sound boomy.
