R-5502-W II and CWM652 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. R-5502-W II sensitivity is rated at 92 dB and the CWM652's is at 86 dB. R-5502-W II can handle a max power of 100 watts RMS from the amp the whereas R-5502-W II has a max power handling value of 75 watts RMS , 25 watts less than the CWM652.
